When l was searching for a home based care provider I consulted 4 different organisations, collected all the information and compared them. Origins was by far the most economical option with a very reasonable hourly rate and no holding fees - a really important factor when trying to balance the salary I receive versus childcare costs.

Origins found a great educator who is the perfect match for my wee girl. Tia just loves spending the day with Di and squeals with excitement when we arrive in the morning -— it's easy to see that she is very comfortable in her environment and really well cared for.

Tia is thriving in the home based environment with the ratio of 1 educator to 4 children and the constant attention she gets; she is learning new things all the time, she has a great set of manners developing and has really come out of her shell since she began going to Di's at the beginning of 2014.

Origins have great range of resources including plunket car seat hire and a toy library meaning there is always new and exciting things for the children to play with. They also have a number of play groups they attend each week which provides the opportunity to socialise with a larger number of children on a regular basis — it's the best of both worlds!
